Todd Moore is a senior executive and business leader with extensive experience building, operating, and scaling companies across aviation, healthcare logistics, and private equity.

As Chief Executive Officer of MTJ Aviation, Todd led a specialized aviation and ground transportation company dedicated to the time-critical movement of transplant organs, surgical teams, and other lifesaving medical logistics throughout the United States. Under his leadership, the organization developed a reputation for operational excellence, reliability, and mission-critical service in one of healthcare's most demanding sectors. He also directed MTJ Capital, a private investment company focused on creating enterprise value and supporting long-term growth across multiple industries.

Today, as Chief Executive Officer of MedPathX, Todd is building on that experience to lead the development of technology designed to improve efficiency, coordination, and transparency across the transplant ecosystem. He is focused on delivering measurable value to transplant centers, Organ Procurement Organizations (OPOs), and Part 135 aviation operators by streamlining the complex logistics of lifesaving organ transportation.

Todd is also the founder of Piper's Wings, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to ensuring that no child is denied a lifesaving transplant because of the cost or availability of transportation. Named in honor of Piper, a young organ donor whose gift changed the lives of others, the organization funds and coordinates flights for pediatric transplant patients and their families so they can reach the specialized centers where every minute matters. Its mission is to provide every pediatric transplant patient with free travel to and from their transplant center, allowing families to focus entirely on their child's health rather than the burden of getting there.

His career spans executive management, mergers and acquisitions, business development, operations, and strategic partnerships, with a consistent record of building organizations, developing leadership teams, and executing growth strategies in highly regulated, mission-critical industries.

Dr. Steven Hanish is a distinguished transplant surgeon who currently serves as Chief of Transplant Surgery and Chief of the Transplant Integrated Center of Excellence (ICCE) at a leading academic medical center, where he leads the growth of its solid organ transplant program.

Dr. Hanish has spent his career building and scaling transplant programs at premier institutions across the country. He began as a liver transplant and hepatobiliary surgeon at Emory University Hospital before being recruited to the University of Maryland Medical Center as Director of Hepatobiliary Surgery, where he helped build one of the largest liver transplant programs in the United States. He subsequently joined UT Southwestern Medical Center as Professor of Surgery and Surgical Director of Adult Liver Transplantation, where he established a living donor liver transplant program.

He specializes in complex surgery of the liver and hepatobiliary system, with particular expertise in transplant oncology and living donor liver surgery, and a track record of excellent donor and recipient outcomes. His research focuses on liver failure and transplantation, and he serves on the editorial board of Transplantation Reviews.

Dr. Hanish earned his medical degree at the Indiana University School of Medicine and completed his general surgery residency at Duke University School of Medicine, followed by a multi-visceral abdominal transplant fellowship at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics. He is a member of the American Society of Transplant Surgeons, the American Society of Transplantation, and the Society of University Surgeons.

John Gutowski is a healthcare executive with more than a decade of leadership experience building and operating transplant programs at major academic medical centers. He currently serves as System Administrative Officer for Digestive Health and Transplant at a leading academic health system, supporting the Digestive Health, Endocrine, Metabolism, Solid Organ Transplant, Nephrology, and Hepatology services.

John began his career in transplantation as Manager of Business Operations at a South Carolina transplant center before joining the Yale-New Haven Transplantation Center, where he served as Transplant Administrator and as Operations Manager for Thoracic Surgery at Yale Medicine. He later joined University of Colorado Hospital as Executive Director of Transplant Services, subsequently taking on Digestive Health and Renal Services and serving in interim leadership roles across the Heart & Vascular and Pulmonary service lines. His work centers on operational efficiency, strategic planning, quality and outcomes, and financial management across complex clinical operations.

John is active in the national transplant community. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Organ Donation and Transplantation Alliance and the Board of the American Transplant Foundation, and has contributed to the OPTN Membership and Professional Standards Committee as well as policy committees of the American Society of Transplant Surgeons and the American Society of Transplantation.

He holds an MBA from The Citadel and an MHA from the Medical University of South Carolina, and has been a board-certified Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives since 2015.
