Platform agreements
These agreements govern access to and use of the MedPathX platform. Which one applies depends on whether your organization participates on the demand side or the supply side.
Applies to: Part 135 certificated operators and capacity providers listing flight capacity.
Applies to: Transplant centers, organ procurement organizations, and brokers accessing the platform.
Business Associate Agreement
Available on requestApplies to: Covered entities whose protected health information is processed through the platform.
Website policies
These apply to anyone visiting medpathx.com, whether or not they use the platform.
Privacy Policy

Version history
MedPathX retains superseded versions of each published document. When a document is updated, the prior version is archived with the dates it was in effect, and the table below records the change. Request an archived version at support@medpathx.com.

How updates work
Each published document states its own amendment process. In general, MedPathX posts an updated document with a new effective date and, where the change is material, provides notice through the platform or by email before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, and the Provider Terms of Service give providers a defined window to terminate if an update materially and adversely affects them.
